DFW-based LeadershipGold4Women to provide executive coaching for women

May 7 2012  A study of a Fortune 500 company by MetrixGlobal LLC shows that executive coaching provided a 529% return on investment.  Though typical coaching engagements can vary in effectiveness, this figure is consistent with coaching industry averages.

In response to employee shortagespolitical attention , and education statistics, Dallas/Fort Worth business LeadershipGold4Women has launched a women-only executive coaching program, aimed at increasing female presence in business leadership.  Using both live and virtual coaching methods, the company seeks to give women the tools and strategies they need to get into the board room, and increase the bottom line.

Noticing that across most job industries, corporations were seeking women's leadership programs to bridge the gap, Dallas/Fort Worth-based women's leadership training company LeadershipGold4Women chose to craft a program to fill the need.  While the company traditionally focuses on coaching for women as individuals through website memberships, they recognized an opportunity to provide additional value to women through their employers.  Using a combination of executive coaching and leadership training, the company provides corporate programs that teach female executives how to make the most of their individual value, and ultimately increase company profitability from their contributions.

According to Director of Administration Kristen Sharack, "We find that in industries facing major candidate shortages, like manufacturing, companies are trying to fill the need with women.  But because women still do not receive comparable wages and opportunities, they've become wary of positions traditionally dominated by men.  As a result, hiring companies have tried to up the ante in what they offer their female employees."  To respond to this need, LeadershipGold4Women launched its customized corporate programs that provide female employees the value and opportunity that traditional human resources manuals cannot.

While LeadershipGold4Women certainly cannot affect change overnight, they do recognize that 16% presence in the board room isn't enough.  And with programs for both individuals and corporations, their goal to restore, equip, and empower women is well on its way to success.

Free event promotes women’s empowerment

9 May 2012 From Wednesday, May 16th through Friday, May 18th, Frisco church Elevate Life will host its ladies-only SHE Conference, celebrating women and all they can achieve through God.  With Elevate Life’s pastors Keith and Sheila Craft as hosts, this free event is estimated to draw over 1,000 attendees.

Held in the newly-dedicated Cathedral of Frisco, the She Conference will be one of the first major events for the venue, which seats over 3,000 people.  In addition to Keith and Sheila Craft, attendees will also hear from world-renowned speakers like Beverly Wolmarans, Holly Wagner, Tammy Trent, and Christine Cane.  With an emphasis on teaching women how to achieve all that God has in store for them, the event is open to ladies 12 and up.  Childcare is also available for a modest fee.

Attendees can also connect with local businesses that offer products and services for women.  Sponsors like LeadershipGold4Women will have a designated area to showcase their business throughout the event.  According to LeadershipGold4Women’s Kristen Sharack, also a member of Elevate Life Church, “We just had to get involved in She Conference.  Our business is based in Frisco, and we’re big supporters of events that champion women’s empowerment, so we’re excited to be a part of it.”
